Privacy is a foundation.
We collect information only when there is a clear reason to do so. The website uses no tracking cookies or marketing profiles.
A broad view of website use
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in broad terms, which pages are visited, where visitors arrive from and how the website performs technically. This measurement uses no cookies or local browser storage and does not create a profile that follows you across websites. Recognised bots are excluded in the dashboard.
When you make a pilot enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, organisation or place, location and what you would like to explore. This information is emailed directly to Sven at sven@deep-rooted.ai. It is not stored in a website database or added to a mailing list.
If you answer the De Krook questions
The three short answers are stored in a private file at the website host, without a name, email address or conversation content. We keep only the answers, language and submission date to improve the table. The survey page does not use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The host’s ordinary security logs may still contain technical request data.
How we use that information
Only to assess your enquiry, contact you and prepare a possible pilot. The email provider and website host may process technical delivery and security logs.
Your choice
You can ask what enquiry information is still held, request a correction or ask for your enquiry to be deleted at sven@deep-rooted.ai. We cannot link an anonymous De Krook answer to a person or retrieve it by respondent.
